Excellent and speedy service! I booked my appointment after receiving a prompt competitive quote for oil/filter change.  2 days later I was in and out of the shop in 1.5 hrs.  Mike also checked other fluids and wear n tear parts that I may need changed out in the future. Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable. My first time purchasing a pre-loved BMW x7, and needed an oil change and some peace of mind that I didn't purchase a lemon lol. Dropped off my car Wednesday morning and picked it up a couple hours later, and they said everything was all good.  I don't think I've ever dropped off any of my previous cars anywhere for an oil change without someone telling me there was something else wrong that cost an extra however much lol. I highly recommend their service. It's been about 2 months since I first reached out to Mike who took my inquiry for my 2010 Mini Cooper. I reached out to them because my Mini Cooper wasn't passing the smog check. After running the diagnostic test, they were quickly able to troubleshoot and provide pricing for parts. Within a day, they were able to fix my car and get it to stop showing 3 fault codes. After putting some miles into the car, Mike suggested that I come back in to run a complimentary meter check to see if any codes are detected and thankfully nothing showed. They showed me the parts they switched out and explained what the problems were. Mike also notified me what to keep an eye out for based on his assessment with his inspection of other parts of my car. 

What I appreciate about their service is their responsiveness to my initial inquiry, communication throughout the entire process, and honesty. I felt if something was wrong after performing the service, they'd really try to fix the problem. Just a feeling, but I do believe they know what they're doing. Mike also switched out my coolant reservoir due to cracks that was complimentary and also offered to top off my engine oil every couple of months. Just the extra care and attention to detail made me feel confident I went to the right place. I plan to come back as needed and hope to receive the same experience. Thank you to Danny and Mike for their help. The issue I was having was minor, ac smell. They checked the fluids and exhaust. Everything checked out fine. And they did it free of charge. No question, this is where I will be coming for regular maintenance on my 2015 mini.

I highly recommend The MD's BMW and Mini Specialists, especially Mike, their Service Specialist. We own two MINI Coopers and have brought both vehicles in for service on separate occasions. Each time, Mike has been professional, knowledgeable, and honest.

What stood out most was his willingness to help us on short notice while I was dealing with the passing of my mother. During an incredibly difficult time, Mike made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. His understanding, flexibility, and excellent customer service meant more than he probably realizes.
