 Verified Excellent and speedy service! I booked my appointment after receiving a prompt competitive quote for oil/filter change.  2 days later I was in and out of the shop in 1.5 hrs.  Mike also checked other fluids and wear n tear parts that I may need changed out in the future. Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable.  Verified My first time purchasing a pre-loved BMW x7, and needed an oil change and some peace of mind that I didn't purchase a lemon lol. Dropped off my car Wednesday morning and picked it up a couple hours later, and they said everything was all good.  I don't think I've ever dropped off any of my previous cars anywhere for an oil change without someone telling me there was something else wrong that cost an extra however much lol. So happy to have found someone I can trust that isn't going to overcharge me for unneeded things. Thank you so much!

 Verified I highly recommend their service. It's been about 2 months since I first reached out to Mike who took my inquiry for my 2010 Mini Cooper. I reached out to them because my Mini Cooper wasn't passing the smog check. After running the diagnostic test, they were quickly able to troubleshoot and provide pricing for parts. Within a day, they were able to fix my car and get it to stop showing 3 fault codes. After putting some miles into the car, Mike suggested that I come back in to run a complimentary meter check to see if any codes are detected and thankfully nothing showed. They showed me the parts they switched out and explained what the problems were. Mike also notified me what to keep an eye out for based on his assessment with his inspection of other parts of my car. 

What I appreciate about their service is their responsiveness to my initial inquiry, communication throughout the entire process, and honesty. I felt if something was wrong after performing the service, they'd really try to fix the problem. Just a feeling, but I do believe they know what they're doing. Mike also switched out my coolant reservoir due to cracks that was complimentary and also offered to top off my engine oil every couple of months. Just the extra care and attention to detail made me feel confident I went to the right place. I plan to come back as needed and hope to receive the same experience.  Verified Thank you to Danny and Mike for their help. The issue I was having was minor, ac smell. They checked the fluids and exhaust. Everything checked out fine. And they did it free of charge. No question, this is where I will be coming for regular maintenance on my 2015 mini.

What stood out most was his willingness to help us on short notice while I was dealing with the passing of my mother. During an incredibly difficult time, Mike made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. His understanding, flexibility, and excellent customer service meant more than he probably realizes.

I've owned 6 Mini Coopers over the last 23 years and enjoyed every one of them. During that time, the best people I've met and the best service I've had has been at BMW-Mini MD's in Upland. They are honest and upfront with their service, estimates, timeliness and quality. Two weeks ago I noticed oil on my garage floor from my 2010 Cooper S, so I put the car in for service. They did great work and were very thorough in explaining the work to be done and the reason for the leak. They're easy to talk to and detail oriented with the service. Lucky to have them in the area. I had AC issues on my 2013 Mini Clubman. I called the shop, and Mike returned my call within 30 mins. We scheduled a date and time. When I took the car in, Mike was very attentive as I explained what was going on with the AC. He explained what could possibly be wrong and suggested the least expensive option and provided other options in case it wasn't option 1. So far, option 1 is working. However, it may take a while to be sure. While they had the car, they went through it to see if they noticed any other potential issues. All seemed well with the car. I enjoyed the conversation with Mike and explained everything. Very knowledgeable shop. Thanks Mike and team!

I inherited a 2011 Mini countryman. It had a leaking oil filter housing and cracking water pulley. I had the leak and pulley fixed at a reasonable price. They also fixed my windshield wiper fluid pump and replaced my belt at no cost. However, the real value came when I broke down on my way back home. I called and left a message on they day off, and Mike got back to me promptly on his day off. He helped to try and diagnose the problem, by looking at the codes I texted him and suggested that it may be a poorly connected fuel pump relay. To me, he went above and beyond what I expect from customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend BMW- Mini MD's for your Mini service needs, as these cars unique and require special attention you are sure to get! Thanks.
